Josh was born and raised in the Northern suburbs of Chicago, IL. In 1995, he moved to Scottsdale, AZ with his parents, Ian and Barbara, and brother, Ari. After attending Desert Mountain High School in Scottsdale where Josh played baseball and basketball, he attended the University of Arizona in Tucson where he was a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity and double majored in Marketing and Entrepreneurship.
After getting his dual bachelors degrees in 2004, Josh returned to Scottsdale where he opened his own Farmers Insurance and Financial Services Agency. In February of 2014, Josh met a girl in a bar, Jess, who he would go on to marry in 2019. They have one 11 lb terrier mix, Madison, who is the love of their lives. In 2023, Josh left Farmers to open his own independent insurance agency, Epstein Insurance.
Over the past 18+ years Josh has focused on growing his business and playing hard when not working. Josh enjoys softball, basketball, pickleball, golf, volleyball, disc golf, hiking, scuba diving, playing poker, working out, watching TV, sports, and movies, traveling, and hanging out with his friends, family, wife Jessica, and dog Madison.
